HP Office in Dubai: Who to Contact for Sales, Support and Partnership
HP Inc.'s office in Dubai is listed on HP's own Middle East site at Building 14, 3rd floor (DIC04), Dubai Internet City, PO Box 500553. It is a regional corporate office, not a shop or a repair counter. For buying HP products, HP sends you to its reseller locator. For repairs and warranty, it sends you to support.hp.com and its authorised service centre locator. For joining the partner programme, the route is HP Amplify and the HP Partner Portal. Knowing which door to knock on saves a wasted trip down Sheikh Zayed Road.
Where the HP office in Dubai is
HP's office locations page for the Middle East lists one entry for the region, in Dubai:
- Building 14, 3rd floor (DIC04), Dubai Internet City
- PO Box 500553, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
- Telephone as listed on that page: +971 4 2792799
- Hours as listed on that page: Saturday to Wednesday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Read the hours with care. They are copied exactly as HP lists them, and a Saturday to Wednesday week is not the working week most Dubai offices keep today, so the listing may not have been updated. Phone before you visit for anything, use the PO Box for post rather than assuming the building takes deliveries, and check the HP Middle East office locations page yourself in case the details have changed since we read it on 20 October 2026.
Dubai Internet City sits off Sheikh Zayed Road with its own metro station, and it is home to the regional offices of many technology companies. That is also why searches for the HP office in Dubai sometimes turn up the wrong company: Hewlett Packard Enterprise has had its own presence in the area. HPE has been a separate company from HP Inc. since 1 November 2015, so an HPE address will not help with an HP laptop or printer, and the reverse is true too.
What the Dubai office does and does not do
A regional office of a company like HP Inc. runs sales management, channel management, marketing and partner relationships for the region. It does not normally sell a single laptop over the counter, take a printer in for repair, or answer warranty questions for individual units. HP's own Middle East contact page makes that split clear. It offers three routes:
- Shopping: "Find a reseller".
- Contact support: support contact options, including chat, phone or email, for HP products.
- Company: general questions and office locations.
So the office address is the right answer for corporate matters. For almost everything else, one of the routes below is faster.
Buying HP products: go through a reseller
HP Inc. sells business devices in the region through partners. The "Find a reseller" link on HP's Middle East site opens HP's reseller locator for the region, and the "Call an HP rep" link in the footer leads back to the same contact page. In practice, that means a Dubai company buying twenty laptops, a set of printers or meeting room kit will be served by a reseller, which in turn buys from one of HP's distributors.
If you are buying, the useful questions are for the reseller rather than for the HP office:
- Is every unit new, and is it stock built for this region?
- Will the warranty record show the UAE as country of purchase, with a start date close to the invoice?
- Will any Care Pack be registered against each serial, with confirmation sent to you?
- Which items are HP Inc. and which, if any, are HPE?
Larger purchases follow the same path. A tender for several hundred devices is priced by the reseller, which registers the project with its HP distributor to secure project pricing, and the HP channel team may support that deal behind the scenes. You still contract with the reseller, and the reseller is who you hold to the delivery dates and warranty terms on the quotation.
For how the reseller and distributor tiers relate, see our article on buying direct, through a distributor or through a reseller in the UAE.
Support, repairs and warranty: go to support.hp.com
For a fault, a warranty question or a repair, the HP office is not the starting point. HP's support site, with the Middle East selected as region, has three tools that matter:
- Warranty check. The form asks for the country or region of purchase and the serial number, and has a multiple products option for checking several units at once.
- Service centre locator. HP's page is titled "Find an HP authorized service center near you" and carries one instruction worth following: "Please call before visiting a service center."
- Contact and case options. Chat, phone and email options for HP products, depending on the product and region.
Before contacting support, have the serial number, the product number, a dated invoice and a short description of the fault ready. HP's worldwide limited warranty says proof of purchase may be required for warranty service, and that the warranty period starts on the later of the purchase date or the date installation is completed by HP or an authorised provider. It also advises backing up data and removing confidential information before sending any unit for service.
Business users with Care Packs should check the coverage on the warranty page first. HP's Care Pack FAQ says Care Packs are tied to the hardware serial number, so if the Care Pack is missing from the result, the problem is registration, and the reseller who sold it is the first call.
Printers, supplies and Poly kit follow the same routes
The same split applies beyond laptops. HP Inc. owns the printer and supplies business and, since completing its acquisition of Poly in August 2022, Poly headsets, desk phones and video bars. A LaserJet that jams, a headset that will not pair or a video bar that drops out of a meeting all start at support.hp.com, which lists Poly support alongside printer and computer support on its home page. Buying more of them goes through a reseller, exactly as with laptops.
Supplies are the one area where you may see a different upstream company. Toner and ink often reach offices through supplies specialists rather than the distributor that ships PCs, because they move through office supply channels. That does not change who to contact for a faulty printer, which is still HP support, but it does mean the reseller quoting your toner may name a different source from the one quoting your laptops.
Before you contact HP support
A support case moves faster when the first message answers the questions the agent will ask anyway. Gather these before you open a chat or call:
- Serial and product number. On the label under a laptop, on the back of a printer, or in HP Support Assistant on a working PC, which HP's Care Pack FAQ says shows the product name, model number and serial number.
- Warranty result. A screenshot of the warranty check with the country of purchase selected, showing the start and end dates and any Care Pack.
- Diagnostics. HP's limited warranty names the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics tool, available in Windows and UEFI, and says you may be asked to run it, for example to show whether a battery has a warranted failure. Running it first saves a round trip.
- Proof of purchase. The dated invoice, because the warranty says proof of purchase may be required as a condition of service.
- A backup. The warranty is explicit that HP is not responsible for data and that memory data may be lost during repair.
Becoming an HP partner: HP Amplify
Companies that want to resell HP Inc. products deal with HP's partner programme, not the front desk. HP's Middle East page describes HP Amplify as a global partner programme, with the exception of Greater China, organised in two tracks and built on three pillars:
- Performance: rewards tied to sell through revenue on the HP portfolio.
- Capabilities: digital skills and a consistent customer experience across channels.
- Collaboration: investment in data sharing, online selling, solutions and managed services.
The same page has a "Connect" option for enquiries and links to the HP Partner Portal for existing partners. Joining is a commercial process with the channel team and usually a distributor, and it is separate from HPE's partner programme for servers and networking.
If your question is about HPE products
ProLiant servers, Alletra and MSA storage, HPE Aruba Networking switches and access points, and since July 2025 Juniper networking all belong to Hewlett Packard Enterprise. None of those is handled by HP Inc.'s office, support site or partner programme. HPE runs its own support portal, its own warranty lookup and its own partner programme. Our article on HP or HPE: two companies, two warranty systems sets out which company owns which product and how each warranty lookup works.

Where Codeeo Tech fits
Codeeo Tech is an IT hardware reseller at Building A1, IFZA Business Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis. It is not HP's office, not an HP service centre, and not an authorised HP or HPE partner. What it does is quote business hardware across brands, including HP, HPE and Aruba, and state on each line whether the item is new or used and who holds the warranty. The HP section of the store and the HPE and Aruba section are priced through Add to Quote.

What to send to Codeeo Tech
- The HP or HPE items you need, by model or by the job each one must do.
- Quantities and the delivery site or sites.
- Whether every line must be new, or whether used units suit some seats.
- The warranty or Care Pack level you expect and the company name that should own it.
- Serials of any existing units the new order must match.
Send those through the contact form and the reply will separate HP Inc. and HPE lines, state the source and condition of each item, and point you to HP's own support channels for anything only HP can do.
