JX973A Overview

Aruba 360 Series Access Points are the most cost-effective Wave 2 APs for enterprise outdoor environments. They deliver a maximum data rate of 866 Mbps in the 5-GHz band and 400 Mbps in the 2.4-GHz band, while supporting MU-MIMO operation for simultaneous transmission for up to two 802.11ac Wave 2 devices.

Aruba 360 Series Outdoor Access Points include a built-in Policy Enforcement Firewall for Layer 7, deep packet inspection and role-based policy enforcement for each new client on the network.

The Aruba 360 Series includes a hardware-based Trusted Platform Module for storage of credentials, keys, and booting with enhanced security.

Utilizes Aruba ClearPass Policy Manager for centralized policy management.

IoT-ready

Aruba 360 Series Outdoor Access Points include an integrated Aruba Bluetooth Low Energy beacon to provide enhanced IoT connectivity options.

The built-in BLE beacon enables Meridian location and mobile engagement services. Select third-party Bluetooth infrastructure is also supported.

Extreme Weather Resiliency

Aruba 360 Series Outdoor Access Points are able to survive in harsh outdoor environments, withstanding exposure to high and low temperature extremes.

The Aruba 360 Series can also withstand wind speeds of up to 165 mph and tolerate persistent moisture, precipitation, and dust and salt sprays for extended periods of time.

All electrical interfaces include industrial-strength surge protection.
